1.Are my eyeglasses covered by a warranty?
All products from Optorium come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty.
The manufacturing warranty covers the following issues:
1. Missing components
2. Delamination and/or peeling of sun lens coating
3. Bubbles or imperfections in the lens coating
4. Premature flaking or deterioration of the frame coating
5. Soldering defects
If your product exhibits any of the above issues within one year of purchase, please contact us at info@optorium.in or call us at +91 7680864497. You will be required to send the product back to us for a thorough inspection by our technicians. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will either replace the product. The decision to classify an issue as a manufacturing defect is at the sole discretion of Optorium.
Please note, we cannot accept requests for an exchange if the product has been altered or repaired by any third party.
The manufacturing warranty does not cover the following issues:
1. Normal wear and tear, e.g., scratches
2. Any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use, or improper storage of the product
3. Damage caused by chemicals
4. Damage resulting from un authorized modifications or repairs

2.What is the exchange policy at Optorium?
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate an exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to item availability and all sales are final, as we do not offer refunds.
3.How can I exchange an item I purchased from Optorium?
To exchange an item, send it back in its original condition. You can then use the value of the returned item towards your next purchase. If the new item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference. Any remaining credit will be kept for future purchases.

4.What conditions must be met for returning sunglasses or frames?
To return sunglasses or frames, they must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original packaging materials. This includes tags, warranty certificates, and any accompanying accessories.

5. I received a damaged item in my order from Optorium. What should I do?
Oh no, that shouldn’t have happened as we take extra care with our packaging! However, we understand there can always be exceptions. To facilitate your claim further, we will require video proof of you opening the parcel along with pictures highlighting the defect(s). The same needs to be shared with us within 72 hours of the order being delivered at your given address.
