These terms apply exclusively to purchases made on www.optorium.in (Vivera Optics)and are subject to change.
- We strive for accuracy, but errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur. Optorium Opticals reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel or update orders without notice, including after an order has been placed.
- While we aim to deliver on time, Optorium Opticals is not liable for any delays. No compensation will be provided for delayed deliveries.
- We may cancel orders due to product unavailability or unforeseen issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. Our liability is limited to the refund amount only.
- Customers are encouraged to record a video while unboxing their order. This helps validate claims in case of delivery issues or damage.
Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. If you need to make any changes, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us at info@optorium.in.
If you still prefer to cancel, we can issue the order value as store credit with no expiry, which can be used for any future purchase.
Please note, once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to stop the delivery. For more information, please refer to our Returns section.
Yes, we can add prescription lenses to most frames and sunglasses. Simply email your prescription to us at info@optorium.in or call/WhatsApp us at +91 76808 64497, and one of our certified optometrists will assist you in choosing the most suitable lenses.
Please note: Certain sunglass styles may not support prescription lenses. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us for confirmation.

Yes! We'd be happy to gift-wrap your order at a minimum charge of ₹150. Simply mention that it’s a gift in the “Add Order Note” section during checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Yes, all prices displayed on our website (www.optorium.in) are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Many brands have discontinued physical warranty cards. If you didn’t receive one, it’s likely that the product doesn’t come with it. However, you can always reach out to us at info@optorium.in or call us at +91 76808 64497, and we’ll be happy to confirm the warranty status for you.
Pan India Shipping
Standard Shipping: Standard delivery is available within 7–10 business days from the date of order.
We offer free standard shipping across India for orders valued above ₹6,000.
For orders below ₹6000, a nominal shipping fee of ₹500 will be applicable.
Express Shipping: 3–5 business days from the date of order. For faster delivery, express shipping is available at an additional cost of ₹750.
AI Meta Glasses (Ray Ban Meta & Oakley Meta)
Delivery Timeline:
In Stock: Dispatched within 24 hours on a priority basis
Out of Stock: Delivery may take up to 4 weeks, subject to manufacturer availability. Once the product is received from the manufacturer, it will be dispatched immediately.
Important Note for Customers:
- Cancellation, return, or refund is strictly not allowed for AI Meta Glasses once the order is placed.
- We strongly recommend contacting our team before placing an order for AI Meta Glasses. This allows us to confirm real-time availability and provide an accurate delivery timeline before order confirmation.

Note: If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them together to reduce packaging and environmental impact.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Within Hyderabad: 1–3 business days post-shipment.
Outside Hyderabad: Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days post-shipment.
Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
Please note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, public holidays, or courier disruptions. In such cases, express shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable.

Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
If you're unavailable during delivery, our courier partner will make multiple re-attempts. If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the package will be returned to us, and we’ll notify you accordingly.
International Shipping
We offer flat-rate international shipping at ₹5,000 (INR) for all destinations outside India. This fee is applied per order, regardless of quantity.
Note: Please note that in certain cases, shipping rates may vary depending on the destination country's distance, customs regulations, and logistical factors. In such instances, any adjustments to the shipping fee will be communicated prior to dispatch.

When ordering internationally, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and/or additional fees (such as handling charges) imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. These fees are determined by your local government and are typically collected once the shipment reaches your country.
Please note that such charges are not included in your purchase total and are not collected by us. As these fees vary from country to country and depend on local laws and regulations, we are unable to estimate or control them.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information regarding any potential charges applicable to your order. You will be responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes levied once the package arrives in your country.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders at this time due to high shipping costs and inbound customs duties in India.
We encourage international customers to confirm product specifications, sizing, and lens compatibility with our team before placing an order.
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our international shipping partners will usually attempt a redelivery on the next business day.
In case you miss a delivery attempt, please contact us immediately at info@optorium.in or call us at +91 76808 64497. Our team will assist you in coordinating the next delivery attempt with the shipping provider.
To avoid delays or missed deliveries, we highly recommend signing up for delivery notifications using your local phone number and email once your tracking ID is issued. You can also manage your delivery preferences and track the shipment status through the official tracking portal shared in your shipping confirmation email.
Once the product has been marked as successfully delivered by Courier Partner to the shipping address provided, Optorium Opticals is no longer liable for any lost, misplaced, or stolen packages.
We advise customers to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.
Returns & Exchange
At Optorium, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully happy with your online purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible returns will be issued store credit, which can be used at any time (no expiry).
The 7-day window is calculated from the date the product is delivered to you to the date it is picked up by your selected logistics company.
Important Notes
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Exchanges are applicable only for in-stock products Items specially sourced or customized upon request are not eligible for exchange.
- To initiate an exchange:
- Return the product in its original condition.
- Submit a request for store credit along with your return if no immediate exchange.
- You can use the store credit on your next purchase. If the new item costs more than the store credit, the balance must be paid. Any remaining credit can be used for future purchases.
In some cases, discomfort may simply be due to fit. We encourage you to visit any of our stores for a free frame tune-up. Our expert technicians can make minor adjustments that may significantly improve comfort and satisfaction.
Return Eligibility – Quality Check Requirements
All items returned for exchange must pass a thorough quality check. Please ensure the following pre-conditions are met:

- Must be unopened, unused, and in the original sealed packaging.
- Any box that has been opened or tampered with is not eligible for return.
Sunglasses & Optical Frames
Must be in a brand-new, unused, and unworn condition.
A proof of purchase (electronic or physical invoice) must accompany the return
All original packaging components must be included and in original condition

Initiate the Return Request
To begin, email us at info@optorium.in or WhatsApp us at +91 76808 64497. Please include a clear photo of the product and a copy of your original invoice. Our support team will review your request and assist you with the next steps.
Receive Return Instructions
Once your return is approved, we’ll share the return shipping address with you. Please note, we do not accept returns at our retail stores for products purchased online.
Package the Product Properly
Pack the product securely, ideally using the original packaging, to ensure it reaches us in good condition. Don’t forget to include the original invoice inside the package.
Ship the Product
Use a reliable courier service to send the package to the address provided. Make sure the shipment is trackable to avoid any delays or losses during transit.
Quality Check & Confirmation
Once we receive your returned item, allow 3–4 working days for a thorough quality check. After approval, we will issue your store credit or process the exchange as applicable.
We’re truly sorry to hear that we take great care in packaging every order, but rare instances can occur.
To help us resolve this quickly:
- Please share a video recording of the unboxing (from start to finish) along with clear images of the damage.
- This must be sent to us within 48 hours of delivery.

We sincerely apologise for the mix-up our team follows strict quality checks, but occasional errors can happen.
To resolve this:
Please share a video of the package being opened, clearly showing all its contents.
Send the video along with your order number within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange for the incorrect product to be picked up and the correct item dispatched. Please allow up to 15 days for the replacement process.
Unfortunately, we do not accept return or exchange requests made beyond 7 days from the date of delivery to your address. We recommend reviewing and inspecting your product as soon as it arrives to ensure timely processing of any requests.
After Sales & Services
All products purchased from us come with a 1-year limited manufacturing warranty, valid from the date of purchase.
✅ What the warranty covers:
The manufacturing warranty applies only to defects arising from workmanship or materials.
It includes:
Missing components. Delamination or peeling of sun lens coating Bubbles or visible imperfections in the lens coating.
Premature flaking or deterioration of the frame coating
Soldering defects on metal components
If your product shows any of the above issues within one year of purchase, please reach out to us at info@optorium.in or WhatsApp us at +91 76808 64497. We will guide you through the return process.The product must be sent to us for a thorough inspection by our technical team. If the issue is confirmed to be a valid manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or issue store credit. Optorium reserves the sole right to determine whether the defect falls under warranty coverage.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from external factors or misuse, including:
Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches on lenses or frames)
Damage from accidents, mishandling, or neglect
Improper storage or cleaning practices
Exposure to chemicals or abrasive substances
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications by third parties.
If your eyewear doesn’t feel like the perfect fit, don’t worry—this can often be resolved with a few simple adjustments.
We highly recommend visiting any of our stores to book a complimentary frame tune-up. Our trained optical technicians will carefully assess and adjust your frame to ensure optimal comfort, proper alignment, and a secure fit.
Whether it’s a tight temple, uneven alignment, or loose nose pads, minor tweaks can make a significant difference in how your eyewear feels and functions. You’d be surprised how much better a properly fitted frame can enhance your overall experience.
