Refund policy
At Optorium(Vivera Optics)Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with an online purchase, you may request an exchange for store credit within 7 days from the date you receive the product at your address. The 7-day window is calculated from the delivery date to the date the item is collected by your courier service.
Please note that all purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds.
All approved cancellations or exchanges are issued as store credit only.
Store credit has no expiry and can be used for any future purchases. All store credits are issued only after the returned items pass a quality inspection.
To request an exchange, the product must be returned along with a store credit request. The issued store credit can be used toward your next purchase. If the new product costs more than the available credit, the price difference must be paid. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
Often, discomfort may be related to product fit rather than quality. We recommend visiting any of our stores for a complimentary frame tune-up, where our trained technicians can make minor adjustments that may significantly improve comfort. Listed below is the process for exchange/store credit request for each product category:
Contact Lenses
Returned boxes must be unopened and in the same condition as received. Opened or tampered packaging will not be accepted.
Sunglasses & Frames
- Must be unused and unworn.
- A physical or digital invoice is required.
- All original items must be returned with:

- Warranty cards
- Product booklets
- Usage & care instructions
- Dust bags
- Any included accessories

Order Cancellation
Optorium may cancel an order in the following cases:
- Product or variant unavailable
- Vendor or store out of stock
- Operational or logistics issues
- Incorrect or incomplete order information
If cancelled, the customer receives store credit (not refund).
Exchange Policy (Within 7 Days)
- Exchanges can be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Exchange value is provided as store credit.
- Exchange is possible only if:- The item is in stock or Vendor stock is available
- If the item cannot be sourced, Optorium will issue store credit.
Mandatory Proof for Damage / Wrong Item
To process damage or wrong item claims, please provide:
- Unboxing video, and
- Clear photos of the defect or issue
