How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping (5 - 7 working days for delivery) across India. Your product will generally be shipped via either Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, E-kart, Amazon Express, Express bees, or Indiapost (at the discretion of OPTORIUM (VIVERA OPTICS)).
We also offer express shipping (2 - 3 business days for delivery), at an additional charge of Rs. 750/-

How much time will it take to ship my order?
With Standard shipping, you can expect the following dispatch timelines.
Contact Lenses :
Will be shipped within 5– 7 business days of receipt of order for most lenses. Certain special lenses may take longer to dispatch.
Sunglasses & Frames :
Will be shipped within 5 - 7 business days of receipt of order.

In how much time will I receive my order after you ship it?
You will receive an intimation along with a tracking no. once your product has been shipped
Within Hyderabad – You should generally receive you product within 1 – 3 business days of it being shipped.
Outside Hyderabad – You should generally receive your product within 5 – 7 business days of it being shipped
In case your order deliveries are being delayed beyond these general timelines, we shall keep you informed. Please note, delays may occur due to events that are out of our control such as weather, holidays etc. If this happens, we will not be able to refund the express shipping charges (if any).
AI Meta Glasses (Ray Ban Meta & Oakley Meta)
Delivery Timeline:
In Stock: Dispatched within 24 hours on a priority basis
Out of Stock: Delivery may take up to 4 weeks, subject to manufacturer availability. Once the product is received from the manufacturer, it will be dispatched immediately.
Important Note for Customers:
Cancellation, return, or refund is strictly not allowed for AI Meta Glasses once the order is placed.
We strongly recommend contacting our team before placing an order for AI Meta Glasses. This allows us to confirm real-time availability and provide an accurate delivery timeline before order confirmation.
- I wasn’t there to receive the delivery of my product. What happens now?-
If you weren’t there to receive your product, delivery will be re-attempted by our logistics partner as per their policy. In case they are not able to successfully deliver the product multiple times, they will ship the product back to us. If this happens, we shall keep you informed.

Please note, we are not responsible for products lost / stolen once they have been declared as successfully delivered by our logistics partners to your shipping address.

We offer a flat fee of ₹5000 on all international shipping, ensuring that you can easily calculate your shipping costs when placing your order. Shipping Provider:
We partner with DHL Express to facilitate our international deliveries. In instances where DHL does not service a particular zip code, we will select the next best available courier to ensure your order reaches you promptly.

Regrettably, OPTORIUM (VIVERA OPTICS) does not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. This decision is based on the high costs associated with shipping and the customs duties applied to returned items, which can be significant.
